When will my order ship?+

Orders are processed and handed to our carrier within 24–72 hours. You'll receive a tracking number the moment your package leaves our fulfillment center.

What is your return policy?+

Defective or missing item → full refund, no questions. Changed your mind → 100% store credit. Either way, you never lose money at Vexsen.

Can I cancel my order?+

Cancellations must be requested within 1 hour of purchase before fulfillment begins. Email us immediately with your order number and "CANCEL" in the subject.

Is my payment information secure?+

Yes. All transactions are processed by Stripe (PCI-DSS Level 1). Your card details never touch our servers. We store nothing.
